After successfully completing the IDC, the next step is the Instructor evaluation. It is a two day program in which the candidates are evaluated on their diving knowledge, skills and ability to teach, confined water and open water settings. IEs are conducted by PADI Instructor Examiners from one of PADI´s International offices to ensure an objective evaluation process and consistent quality worldwide.
